KERNSTOWN, Va. -- For the first time since 1994, the Christopher Newport men's cross country team qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championship after finishing second during the South / Southeast Regional Championships on Saturday. The CNU women's team came in fifth place at the meet, hosted by Shenandoah University at the Kernstown Battlefield, led by senior national qualifier Lydia Cromwell.
