YORK, Pa. -- Jeff Dover was named the Capital Athletic Conference Co-Indoor Rookie of the Year, while Tyler Wingard shared the top coaching honor on the women's side to headline a strong Christopher Newport contingent on the CAC Track & Field All-Conference teams, which were announced this afternoon by the league office.
