YORK, Pa.  Freshman Logan Harrington was named the Capital Athletic Conference Women's Outdoor Track & Field Rookie of the Year, while 16 other Captains earned All-CAC honors after guiding Christopher Newport to an outstanding performance during the league's title meet on Saturday at Pomoco Stadium.
