Following workouts we do a series of multi-jump (MJ) and general strength (GS) routines. The MJ's help serve two primary purposes: 1) proper landing mechanics and lower leg strengthening, and 2) neuromuscular firing patters and training. The GS routines help us work on a lot of the little muscles that come into play in posture, mechanics, and support, while also providing a great way to cooldown from a recently-completed difficult workout before our actual cooldown run.
